Request: Add the ability to set 'group' permission level for specific role(s) so staff can edit/view/publish/etc content for a single branch or library but limit their permissions on a system-wide level.
Use Case: Role designation and related permissions are currently limited to individual users and offer no customization for tiered permissions. This limits how larger and/or shared systems manage permissions for various staff users.
